Summary

Seasoned Android Application Developer with over 9 years of industry experience. I have successfully developed and deployed over 30 applications from start to finish while keeping security, scalability and maintainability in mind.

Process

Before we start the project, I will sit with you and discuss the idea in detail and will provide my understanding and knowledge around the topics to you.

Then, I will work on wireframes and designs for the application so that you have visual representation of what the idea would looks like in real. We might be playing ping pong with this until we land on something which looks and feels like what you imagined. I will also provide a document around the full requirements so that we have a documented entry of what we are to build. We can always revisit this if there is a gap during the later stages. Thus, it is a good thing to have from both client and developer's perspective. We can also use Project Management Tools of client's choice. I am comfortable with Slack, Trello, Jira, Basecamp, Rally, etc.

After the final documentation is signed off, I will provide estimations on the work which is finalized and divide it in Iterations/Sprints.

I will then start the development process and will deliver applications per iteration/sprint along with release notes. The payments are also expected per iteration/sprint.

After development is completed, the application is published to the play store and we move to Maintenance phase in which I would provide support for the application for a lower rate since this is for bug fixes. In case new module or latest code migration is needed then it would be a new job.

Client communication will be as per client's requirement. I can have a meeting with them every day if they prefer that or weekly. Different clients have different preferences and I am comfortable with anything.

What's included

Designs & Wireframes
Before the project starts, client & I will set together and discuss the requirements and based on the details provided, I will provide my expert guidance and wireframes & designs based on my understandings to the client.
Documentation
I will prepare documents based on the detailed requirements which will include each and every detail as requested by the client. Once the client is satisfied with the requirements, they will sign the final version and it will be used for further planning and estimations.
Application (Executables)
Once the development starts, I will be providing an updated application along with the release notes to the client and encourage them to provide their feedback on the same. (if the feedback is already in the signed document, it will be addressed but if the requirement is new then a Change Request will be generated and addressed accordingly). After final development cycle, the application will be published to play store.
Code files
If the client requires the full and final code at the end then it will be shared with a fee since it will grant them full ownership of the product.
