Summary
Sometimes, founders spend thousands of dollars redesigning a product when what was actually needed was a UX audit. Finding problems in your existing product gives you a better idea whether minor design tweaks are needed or an overhaul of the product. This clarity is what I offer with UX audit under my expertise of B2C SaaS industry.
Process
Step 1. Kickoff call
We'll have a short kickoff call, if in-depth discussion regarding the existing product and business needs was not a part of introductory call; or if there was no introductory call. In kickoff call, we will discuss your exact needs and what you want to achieve by this audit. This will help me provide you the most value.
Step 2. Identifying areas of improvement
This is the core of UX audit where I will bring my expertise and evaluate your product. I will record these findings in a document which clear description for each as well as recommendations to improve upon the findings. Additionally, these recommendations will be prioritized based on impact, feasibility, and development efforts required.
Step 3. Explanation of the audit report
To eliminate any miscommunication or misunderstanding of the audit report, a Loom video will be included explaining the audit report in layman terms. This will make sure you have a clear path ahead to implement changes without relying on me.
