Process

1. Onboarding Questionnaire I send a short questionnaire to understand your current situation, goals, and what you need from your website.

2. Research & Sitemap I review your current website (if any), your services, and patient needs, then create a clear site map to organize content and user flows for a smooth, patient-friendly experience.

3. Landing Page Design (Figma) I design a single landing page concept to explore visual direction and UX. Unlimited refinements are included until we finalize the best version.

4. Full Website Design & Development (Framer / Webflow) I transform the approved landing page into a complete, fully functional website (desktop version), designing and developing all pages with a cohesive, user-friendly interface. The site is built for clarity, accessibility, and smooth navigation to ensure patients can easily find the information they need.

5. Client Review & Revisions You review the website, and unlimited modifications are included at this stage to ensure the design fully meets your needs.

6. Responsiveness, Accessibility & SEO Setup I make the site fully responsive across all devices and configure accessibility settings, ensuring the website is easy to navigate for every patient. Basic SEO is also set up to enhance clarity and structure, helping users find the information they need efficiently.

7. Client Review & Approval You review the full website and provide feedback. Once all adjustments are made and you’re satisfied, you give final approval before launch.

8. Launch Guidance I guide you through the website launch to ensure everything works smoothly.

9. Tutorial Videos I provide short videos showing how to update text, images, and basic layouts so you can manage content independently.

10. Performance Testing & Technical Support I provide one month of technical support for minor updates, troubleshooting, and adjustments. This includes testing website performance, ensuring smooth functionality, and making small improvements to keep the site fast, accessible, and user-friendly for patients.
