    - Set timeline for brand identity & accompanying materials - Define which marketing materials will be needed (brochures / postcards / site signage / online ad banners / email headers / social media posts / etc.) - Determine what external services are needed & order (Photography, Videography, Renderings, Floor plans, Staging) - Set up domain & web hosting - Determine marketing channels best suited for the target audience & set up accounts (Website / email / direct mail / social media / online ads / events / REW) - Implement measuring / tracking for each marketing channel & set up accounts (CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
