I'm offering services in operations, content management, and project/program management. Data is one of my favorite tools, along with AI to improve ROI and automate processes if needed.
FAQs
I have been in PM work for 10+ years, and I have created a system that keeps everyone on track.
1. Write Down the Deliverable/Reminder
2. Schedule the Reminder (either tool or Google Cal)
3. Automate Reminders/Notification for completion
This has been vital to staying on track & keeps stakeholders informed every step of the way!
I have used Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Jira, ClickUp, Smartsheet and Google Suite for project management. There's likely a couple more! I'm pretty flexible and open to learning new systems.
Working with stakeholders means there's plenty of opportunity.
Everyone is different and has preferences for communication & workstyles.
-1. I determine the best communication channel (email, IM/Slack, phone call, meeting, etc). I adjust according to preference to ensure people feel supported.
- 2. Learn from each person on the team. Every person has a niche & (most) are happy to share their knowledge. The more you know about the product/project/workflow - the further you'll go.
-3. Only schedule meetings when necessary. I organize meetings with appropriate stakeholders needed for the agenda.
-4. Always ask for clarification - this helps with brainstorming, collaboration, and completing tasks on time. The better you know your stakeholders, the more likely you are to succeed!
This strategy usually reduces friction & encourages honest communication.
