Investing in a Software Startup?
I am an experienced Tech Leader that has run tech due diligence for Angels & VCs for over 30 companies. My reports are clear, actionable & detailed and will give you an insight into the current state of the company's tech team & tech stack. Highlighting major gaps in team structure, technical maturity, velocity and processes that will aid in your investment decision making.
I specialise in Software companies and have deep experience in SaaS, Fintech, Gaming and Web3. I have also conducted due diligence on AI and Hardware startups.
Process
Briefing call
A quick call with you to get an overview of the company as well as identifying what is important for you from this process, ensuring I make the most of my time with the company and pulling on the threads that are important to you.
2. Deep dive with company
Depending on your needs, spending 0.5-2 days with the company's technical team members, breaking down their architecture, interviewing CTOs, Engineers, Product Managers etc, getting a wholistic view of their Product and Engineering organisation
3. Quick debrief
A quick call with you to debrief and give you a heads up on how things went so that you can discuss with your team if needed while the report is written.
4. Report writing
Over the next 24 hours I will synthesise all of the due diligence into a report that fits the style and level of detail that you need for your process.
5. Feedback
Clients working in a team often need the report to meet a certain tone of voice, length, format etc. I am happy to adjust as needed.
6. Sign off
That's all! Let me know when you are happy with the report, and get back in touch when you're ready for the next one :)

Video Call Debrief
After the Due Diligence has been conducted, I will get on a call with you to debrief and give you a quick overview of how the day went, if there are any red flags and if there are any suggested follow ups.
