I help small service businesses connect the tools they already use and reduce repetitive admin work. I review your software and handoffs, configure what already fits, and build the missing workflows, integrations or custom app.
Examples include requests reaching the right team, approval rules, connected job records and customer portals. We check what your existing tools can support before agreeing on a build.

Custom implementation — from $7,500 USD

Discovery and fit: map current work, review built-in features and integrations, and agree on scope and acceptance criteria.
Configuration and connections: set up the agreed tools and data flows, including failure handling where needed.
Custom development: build the agreed workflows, screens and permissions where existing tools fall short.
Data import: one clean spreadsheet, up to 500 records.
Testing and review: check the full workflow with your team; two revision rounds within scope.
Launch and handover: deployment, one staff training session, operating instructions and a 30-day defect warranty.
The starting price covers an agreed first release for one business. Your proposal confirms the workflows, screens, integrations, fixed price, third-party costs and review dates. Smaller setup and integration projects are quoted separately. Six weeks is a planning estimate after scope approval and access to required tools.

See a working example: Cabana

Cabana connects customer requests, Stripe test deposits, staff approval, scheduling and visit notes with Airtable and Telegram. Failed deliveries retry; reconciliation checks booking fields between the app and Airtable.
Independent demo using sample data and test payments.

Maintenance — $350 USD/month

A separate plan billed from launch: automated availability and integration-failure alerts, plus up to two hours per month for routine updates, backup checks, troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
Support: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, excluding holidays. Initial response within two business days; resolution depends on the issue. Hours do not roll over. Additional approved work is $100/hour. Warranty fixes during the first 30 days do not use maintenance hours.

Scope and terms

New features, added workflows, major data cleanup, accounting migrations, native mobile apps and emergency support are quoted separately. Hosting, subscriptions, messaging, payment-processing and applicable Contra fees are additional.
Your business controls its accounts and data. The agreement defines code ownership, reusable components, maintenance cancellation and handover. Proposed payments: 40% to begin, 40% when ready for acceptance testing, 20% at launch; final terms are agreed in the proposal.
Get started: share your current tools, the handoffs you want to improve, and your budget and timing. We review fit and scope before you commit to an implementation.
