Process
Consultation: We begin with a detailed discussion about your vision, project requirements, design ideas and goals.
Concept Development PPT: We present two mood directions for the project to choose from to finalize the look and feel of the space.
Space Planning: Detailed space planning as per spatial requirements for your residential space. (Floor Plan to be provided by you)
3D Modeling: Using 3D modeling software (SketchUp), we design accurate models based on approved floor plan.
Rendering & Visualization: We generate high-resolution, photorealistic renders (Enscape Quality).
Revisions: Up to 2 revisions to ensure the final output matches your expectations.
Final Delivery: Once approved, we deliver the final renders in the format you require.
As an extra we also offer specialized construction documentation, to help you build/install your project.
