Why hire a Fractional Project Manager?
Speaking from experience, your time as a founder is precious. What kind of projects or teams do you specialize in?
I specialize in leading AI/ML and software development projects for lean product teams, startups, and technical organizations. Most of my clients are busy founders or heads of product who need part-time project leadership to drive clarity, delivery, and momentum.
Do you only do AI/ML projects?
Although AI/ML projects are my specialty, I have a very diverse skillset from my background as a full stack software engineer and prior freelance projects. For instance, I’ve done work with Virtual and Augmented Reality, and game development. I’m open to any technical or research-driven teams who need clear execution and project structure!
What tools do you use for remote async work?
I’m tool-agnostic and can adapt to your stack, but I commonly work with project management tools like Jira and Trello, async and remote communication tools like Slack and Zoom, and software dev tools like GitHub and GitLab. If your team has no existing process, no worries! I can help set one up that fits your style.
How do payments and contracts work?
Prior to starting work, a contract with clear deliverables and expectations will be sent to you for signing. Then, you’ll receive a convenient, easy to pay invoice link. Work will begin immediately upon receipt of payment.
Can we adjust scope or change directions mid-project?
Absolutely! Requirements change all the time in exciting work, so I build in flexibility into every engagement so that we can adapt as your priorities shift.

A strategic, high-level plan (Notion, Google Doc, or PDF) breaking down key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Created collaboratively and updated as needed.
Weekly Sprint Plan (Board + Written Summary)
A structured sprint plan delivered via a task board (e.g. Jira, Trello, GitHub) with a written summary (Slack/Notion/email) outlining sprint goals, priorities, assignments, and key deadlines.
Progress Status Report (Weekly or Biweekly)
A concise status update (Slack message, email, or shared doc) including what’s completed, what’s in progress, what's blocked, and what’s next plus burndown charts or velocity metrics if applicable.
Risk / Issue Tracker
A shared, living tracker (Notion, Google Sheet, or similar) outlining current issues, risks, owners, and resolution status. Reviewed regularly and used to inform stakeholders of blockers or concerns.
Documentation Hub
A centralized, easy-to-navigate knowledge base (Notion or other specific to your project) including project scope, workflows, key decisions, meeting notes, and dev team FAQs updated throughout the engagement.
Custom Project Management Workspace
A tailored setup of your preferred PM tool (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) configured with custom workflows, task statuses, boards, and automation to support team collaboration and progress tracking.
Stakeholder Communication Plan
A communication cadence plan (shared doc or slide) showing how/when updates will be delivered, who’s included, and how info flows between founders, developers, and stakeholders.
