Process

We begin with a discovery call, going over all of your current bottlenecks in the business, we analyse what you have going on your website currently, what is working and what is not.

Once we've noted down all of your goals and what ideal outcome you'd like with your new website, we go to mind-mapping a set of action steps to achieve and surpass all of the above.

We have a team of 10 incredible web designers, each with their own expertise for individual industries, one of these designers will be picked to start designing a website wireframe and user journey, combining our action items together with UI/UX guidelines.

Once the design has been completed, we present it to you and the team with a detailed overview on what each section of the website is doing in order to bring the website closer to what you'd like it to be.

We collect your feedback on the wireframe as a whole, any new ideas and concepts are welcome here.

Once your feedback is implemented, we will send it to you for a final review and to collect any final notes before we begin development.

Once we have green light on the wireframe, we begin developing the website, depending on the size of the website, we usually pick one of our frontend developers, one of our backend developers and one lead dev to ensure everything comes together nicely and is fully optimised.

Once the website is fully developed we send across a staging link where you can view the website on a staging/dev environment on our own server.

This staging website will be exactly what the final product is, of course, open to your feeback but we try to limit the amount of code adjustments we do once the site is developed.

Once the developed version has a green light from you and your team, we look at your current website analytics, and determine a date and time where you have the least inflow of leads and least amount of traffic, to push the new website live and start monitoring the live website and ensure everything looks and works as it should.

The final step of the process is where you start experiencing higher conversion rates and user satisfaction on your new website.
