Do I need to have a brand identity first?
Yes, retainers are for established brands with finalized identity systems. If you’re still developing your visual foundation, we’ll begin with a Visual Identity Design package first.
How does the 15-hour limit work?
You’ll have up to 15 design hours per month. I’ll track time transparently and share summaries so you know how your hours are being used.
Can unused hours roll over?
No, hours reset monthly to keep timelines consistent and encourage steady creative flow.
What if I need more hours?
Additional time can be added at a preferred hourly rate or billed as a one-time project, depending on workload.
Do you offer a minimum commitment?
