My Social Media Management Process
Here’s what to expect when we start working together to elevate your online presence:
1. Onboarding Call
We start with a 45–60 minute onboarding call where we:
Clarify your goals, target audience, and brand voice
Review your current content and performance
Discuss aesthetic direction, service highlights, and messaging priorities
Outline the next steps and set expectations for our work together
2. Client Portal Access
After the call, you’ll receive access to your private client portal via Notion. This is your all-in-one space for:
Uploading brand materials (logos, images, fonts, etc.)
Completing the onboarding questionnaire
Viewing your content calendar, invoices, and shared documents
Staying organized and in the loop at all times
3. Discovery & Strategy Phase (First 2.5 Weeks)
Before we begin posting, I take time to thoroughly understand your brand and the space you’re in. This phase includes:
A full audit of your existing social media accounts
Competitor research and market positioning analysis
Exploration of current trends, content styles, and audience behaviors
Building a tailored content strategy aligned with your business goals
During this time, I’m creating the foundation that ensures our content is not just consistent, but effective and intentional.
4. Content Strategy & Calendar Creation
Once strategy is finalized, you’ll receive:
A custom monthly content calendar for review and feedback
Caption samples, visual direction, and post themes
A streamlined approval process so everything flows smoothly moving forward
5. Content Creation & Scheduling
After your approval:
I create your branded visuals and write compelling, audience-aligned captions
Content is scheduled in advance with optimal timing, hashtags, and geotags
You can relax knowing your content is fully managed and ready to go
6. Posting Begins (Around Week 3)
Once the foundation is in place and your strategy is locked in, we move into publishing mode. Starting around the third week, your content will begin going live—crafted with clarity, intention, and aligned messaging.
7. Ongoing Monthly Management
Each month includes:
Ongoing content creation, scheduling, and publishing
Performance tracking and light reporting
Strategic adjustments based on what’s resonating most
Optional add-ons like stories or community engagement if included in your package
8. Communication & Support
Monthly 30-Minute Strategy Call to review results, plan for upcoming campaigns, and stay aligned
Dedicated Slack Channel for quick updates, approvals, and any questions that come up between calls
