Typically when a "bug" or issue exists in software there are various scope levels of solutions. Sometimes, if you are lucky, a simple, cheap, immediate fix can be implemented. Many times not. You might be reeling from a bug you just can't kill, and you require a fresh pair of eyes. I can be those eyes. If I can't fix your bug I'll issue you an immediate refund.
