I will help you set up your project from scratch provided I work with a serious team. I will handle building the backend service for the product/service. I will follow a good software development methodology or whatever the team recommends.

Because communication is crucial, I'd ensure there are scheduled meetings and feedback sessions so there's always an opportunity for the team to sync and know how each person progressing.
