Backend work is not included, but the work to consume all existing backend work is included. All other work is included is to get the feature implemented, including CI/CD work, proper environment setup, and more. Please have the design ready. Documentation will be handed off when the feature is fully implemented (in progress documentation will always be available).
Testing code is available but optional.
No shortcuts, no bloated codes, no inconsistent code. All codes written to scale to millions of users. Performant, readable, and clean. Written as if I was coding for any of the big companies with millions of users.

Documentations
An app is not scalable without proper documentations. The feature will be documented so anyone who works on the feature afterwards will be able to jump right in and contribute immediately.
Test codes (optional)
Jest, React Native Testing Library, etc. TDD or while/after coding. Test codes are an investment. It will greatly increase the time it will take for the project to finish, but less time spent fixing bugs and performance issues as the project grows
