The retainer reserves 20 hours of my availability for the month.
If you would like a retainer for more or less hours, we can talk and create a custom retainer package!
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month because the retainer reserves my availability to work with you for the month.
If I have the availability, absolutely! Extra hours outside of the retainer will be billed hourly.
At least two weeks would be appreciated!
