• How many hours does this retainer cover?

  The retainer reserves 20 hours of my availability for the month. If you would like a retainer for more or less hours, we can talk and create a custom retainer package!

• Do unused hours roll over to the next month?

  Unused hours do not roll over to the next month because the retainer reserves my availability to work with you for the month.

• Will I be able to request extra hours if needed?

  If I have the availability, absolutely! Extra hours outside of the retainer will be billed hourly.

• How much notice do you need if I wish to cancel the retainer the next cycle?

  At least two weeks would be appreciated!
