Working with me is all about scooping your brand vision to life through strategy-based and cohesive identity that is well-crafted; bridging your brand story to your consumer while ensuring that the project is organized for a smooth collaboration. Here's my streamlined design process🔽

1. Discovery Questionnaire - More time to think about your answers and provide as much value within your responses as possible. That way, we’ll really be able to determine exactly what your brand needs, what your objectives are and whether we are a good fit for this project. 2. Quick Meeting - Let's talk about the project scope outline, quote and its specific deliverables, and clarification or any additional information you might need to ensure it aligns perfectly with your brand goals and budget.

3. Kick Off - I will be sending you an in-depth questionnaire to dive deeper about your brand. Then, creative direction and 2 mood boards to choose from will be sent to you. 4. Design Time - One method concept policy is applied; I will work on multiple branding concepts until we find one that hits the nail on the head! Then, brand presentation will be provided. 5. Revision - 2 revisions included! After you reviewed the brand presentation, it’s time to get your feedback.

6. Files - Once happy with the design, I will send all the brand files including brand guidelines, logos, brand assets, and more!

One concept Method - I understand that preparing multiple concepts maybe confusing and therefore we will choose one full concept that is the strongest!

Font Licensing - is not included in the package and should be purchased by the client.

Notion - central hub for project tracking, where you can find updates, milestones, and share feedback effortlessly and organized in one place. There will be a mini guide document where you can explore it at your convenience.

Copyright Ownership - Full copyright ownership of all output should be given to the client once the project has been paid and signed off.

Payment terms: 50% upfront fee and 50% before project turnover.

This will allow me to get a better core understanding of your business, audience, goal and vision to ensure that the resulting brand identity is strategic, meaningful, and aligned with your goals.
Creative Direction
We will develop your brand concept to align with the brand's goals, values, and target audience, ultimately contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the brand.
Mood Board
2 mood boards will be created from our references and you will pick which mood board and direction you want to go with which will help designing the brand identity.
Logo Variations
Primary logo, secondary logo, and logomark.
Color Palette
I will be creating a distinct and complimentary color palette and why its been chosen on your business.
Typography Pairing
Strategically combining two to three typefaces that complement each other. To create visual hierarchy, maintain consistency, readability, and conveying your message effectively.
Brand Pattern
Carefully craft with illustrations for visual consistency across different brand touchpoints, such as websites, social media, packaging, and marketing materials.
Brand In Action
This is going to give you a really clear idea of how your branding can be used on stationery and more so you can really get a feel for how your brand will look.
Brand Guidelines Deck
Putting all the in-depth brand identity design instructions together as your reference point for consistent brand implementation and marketing involved in creating brand materials and presentation.
Brand Board Sheet
Crafting a consice visual reference that showcases the essential key elements of a brand's identity.
Revision
We know sometimes its not as easy as nailing the design first time. That’s why I include 2 revision within our packages that allow for changes.
