## 1. **Discovery Phase**
After an introductory call where any questions are answered. We set up your initial tasks which includes reference sites, your content and so on.
Using lean methodology, we break down your project into small manageable tasks. You will have access to a trello board for full visibility.
## 2. Design
Designs are then created in Figma where you or your team can can leave comments.

Each design comes with design rational explained through a loom video which you can watch and respond in your own time. We use video to enable asynchronous collaboration, freeing you from the shackles of traditional meeting schedules, accommodating diverse schedules and minimising interruptions.
