You’ll get a custom, user-friendly app interface designed to support how your product works and what your users need. From clear user flows to scalable design systems, every part of the process focuses on usability, clarity, and efficiency. Whether you’re building a new product or improving an existing one, this service helps you create a web app that feels intuitive, looks professional, and is ready for development.
What's included
1. Discovery & Strategy Session
We'll begin with a call or async conversation to understand your product vision, user types, business goals, and technical considerations. This phase helps us define the scope, features, and success metrics.
2. User Flows & Feature Mapping
I’ll map out key user journeys and outline feature requirements to ensure we’re designing with clarity and usability in mind. This includes identifying edge cases and aligning user needs with business logic.
3. UX Structure & Wireframes
Before diving into visuals, I’ll create low-fidelity wireframes that establish content hierarchy, screen flow, and interaction logic. This helps us validate the experience early and avoid rework.
4. UI Design in Figma
You’ll receive a fully custom, responsive web app interface, designed in Figma. This includes high-fidelity UI for core screens (like dashboards, settings, onboarding, etc.) and key components like forms, modals, and tables.
5. Design System & Components
I’ll build a modular design system with reusable components, color styles, spacing rules, and typography. This allows faster design iterations and makes handoff to developers smoother.
6. Copy & UX Writing Support
I provide support for writing in-app copy, including button labels, tooltips, error messages, empty states, and other microcopy.
7. Iterations & Refinement
You’ll get two rounds of revisions to refine the design and make sure it aligns with your vision. To stay efficient, revisions don’t include a full redesign. In the early phase, I’ll explore up to three style directions for key parts of the interface so we can align visually before finalizing the rest.
8. Developer-Ready Handoff
The final design will be well-organized, annotated, and ready for development, including layout specs, design tokens, and all necessary assets.
