This is marketing and sales, but in order for businesses to truly grow and scale they need to create efficiencies in the back-end of their businesses (operations, team structure, projects) and they need to have a clear strategic plan in place to grow year on year.
The customized annual roadmap is based on seven core strategic objectives, we take a deep dive into your business and unpack each area (Financial, Visibility, Processes and Systems, Products and Services, Personal Growth, Team Management and Customer and Client experience.)
We detail all the current and future tasks and projects that will result in business growth and we map each task across four quarters. You will now have clear oversight as the business owner over each project that needs to happen in your business, you can now lead your team clearly, your team will know exactly what they need to do on a weekly basis and you can measure your growth for the year.

What's included

  • Introductory Work

    Initial introductory call Pre-work template (details your business Mission, Vision, Values, and your basic business set up)

  • One-on-One Sessions

    2-3 1.5 hour one-on-one sessions where we will detail your business across seven key objectives. We will spend this time going through priority projects and tasks you need to do to move your business forward. We detail your financial goals, product and services, visibility activities, missing processes and systems, personal goals and client management. The purpose of these sessions is to map out everything that you currently doing and everything you should get done in your business in the next four quarters.

  • Implementation Plan

    I will create an Implementation Plan captured in Trello, that details the tasks you and your team need to do in the next four quarters.

  • Project Plan

    I will provide your team with a detailed project plan in Asana that details the most urgent project, what the deliverables are, who on the team should do what and what the timeline and budget would be to close this project

  • Support

    I offer 2 weeks of follow up support via Email/Slack. This is to guide your team to complete the deliverables detailed in the project plan

  • Post-Workshop Call

    We will have a 20 minute check in call after one month to assess progress and make some adjustments to your annual plan
