Clear scope and plan for your MVP
Your minimal viable product should add value to your customers while removing all the fluff from your product.
95% of products are launched too late with too many features that makes it harder to maintain and develop going forward while not adding value to users.
The goal of the first phase is to narrow down the scope of the MVP and what needs to be built to validate your assumptions as fast as possible.
UX/UI Design
- Design System on Figma. A clear and easy to manage design system that helps any designer or developer going forward to maintain the same brand identity and design feel.
- Full UX/UI Design on Figma. This step is optional as the design can be done directly on Bubble. Depending on the product, industry, budget, and timeline, this step can be skipped.
No Code Web App / Mobile App
Fully functioning MVP that's deployed, built using No Code platforms like Bubble, Flutterflow, Webflow, and Make. The platform is chosen based on the product requirements and scalability as different platforms offer different pros & cons.
Tracking & Analytics
This step is optional however highly recommended. I would implement full tracking on your product and prepare all the required dashboards based on your company's KPIs and goals.
