I'll save you money, time, and trauma by listening closely to your needs, helping you refine your 'needs vs. wants' list, and quickly introducing experienced, motivated, culturally compatible candidates. I don't promise your ideal tech comm pro exists, just that I'll find them if they do. And if they don't, I'll bring you a superior substitute.
I work on contingency, so you don't owe anything if you don't hire from me. My fee is 20% of the salaried hire's first year's base salary or 20% of their contract rate. For contract-to-hire conversions, I'll reduce my fee by the profit earned on the contract. I can even 'hide' my fee in the contractor's rate (and have them pay me directly) so no one else needs to know how you found that superhero.
