Style Guide
A brand guidelines or style guide is a document that outlines guidelines for maintaining consistency and coherence in design, branding, and communication. It includes specifications for: 1. Typography 2. Colours 3. Imagery 4. Logos 5. Mockups and other visual elements to ensure a cohesive and unified brand identity across various mediums and platforms.
Logo Kit
This package will provide the final logo design in multiple formats, including high-quality raster files (PNG and JPEG) and vector files (SVG, AI, or EPS). Additionally, all variations of the logo for use in smaller spaces, such as favicons, will be included.
Userflow/Sitemap
Userflow is the visual representation of the user's journey across the different pages of the website. Sitemap is a representation of the website's structure and the relationships between pages
Wireframes
Low-fidelity sketches showing the basic layout and structure of web pages without detailed design elements. This will be provided as raster files (JPGS) or as Figma/Whimsical files.
Prototypes
Interactive models of the website that simulate user interaction with the interface. This will be provided as a Figma link, which can be accessed to avail of the prototype even after project completion and delivery.
High-fidelity Design
Detailed designs of web pages with precise colours, typography, images, and other visual elements. This is be provided in high-quality raster images (jpg or png), pdfs and Figma files.
UI Kit
A collection of reusable design elements, such as buttons, icons, forms and any other elements used in the final product, designed to ensure consistency across the website. This will be provided as Figma files.
Source Code
The full, commented source code of the website or application, is delivered through GitHub.
Content Management System (CMS) Setup
If the website is a blog website needing regular posts/updates from the client, the login credentials along with documentation on how to use it for content updates will be provided. The CMS used for the project will be Netlify CMS.
Reports
This report details website performance, including responsive design tests, speed optimization analysis, and accessibility compliance to ensure functionality, fast loading, and universal access.
