I was an ex-employee in Kajabi, LLC for 2.5 years. I was the 1st Filipino Kajabi employee support who got hand-picked from the Customer Support Team to the Kajabi VIP Team as an Implementation Specialist.

I was responsible for content migration including websites, landing pages, opt-in, pipelines & membership site. It included course migration, import of contacts with tags, automations, assessments, email sequence, checkout pages, etc. I was also responsible for redesigning pages to either copy the current website design & layout, and keep the site's branding or a total reconstruction of the page/s.

Before my VIP Days, I was a customer/technical support and a member of the Member Success Team in Kajabi, LLC as well. I was responsible for helping members (new or existing) who needed assistance with their Kajabi account and set-up through an email, phone call & live chat.
