• What is your project management philosophy?

  I believe in respecting every member of the team and recognizing the work they do. I believe in empowering and trusting team members to do a good job, and encouraging each person to openly discuss questions and problems. Importantly, I believe that long hours and high stress are NOT required for good work. Based on my years of experience, the best outcomes occur when projects don’t feel rushed. This is achieved through correct planning and prioritization. In my relationships with clients, I allow them to offload the time-consuming tasks of planning and delegation so that they can focus on results. This allows them to streamline their processes, avoid putting out fires, and earn more revenue.
