• Why 4 days instead of 5?

  Design Sprint 2.0 by AJ&Smart optimized the process by removing redundancies and combining steps. You get the same outcomes faster, which is easier for busy teams to commit to.

• How many people should be on the team?

  Ideal sprint team is 5-7 people including a Decider (someone with authority to make decisions). Too few and you lack diverse perspectives; too many and decision-making bogs down.

• Can we do this remotely?

  Absolutely. I facilitate both in-person and remote sprints using Miro and video conferencing. Remote sprints work great with the right setup.

• What if the prototype test fails?

  That's actually success, you learned what doesn't work in 4 days instead of 4 months of development. We'll have clear insights on what to change and can even run another sprint to test the refined approach.
