Summary

I facilitate Design Sprint 2.0 that help teams solve big problems and test solutions in just 4 days. As a certified facilitator, I guide your team through the proven AJ&Smart process, from understanding the challenge to building a prototype to testing with real users. Perfect for launching new products, solving thorny UX problems, or breaking through team indecision.

Process

Monday - Understand & Define: Map the challenge, explore the problem space, interview experts, and define a clear sprint goal with target customer.

Tuesday - Sketch & Decide: Generate solution ideas individually through structured exercises, then review all solutions and decide which ideas to prototype.

Wednesday - Prototype: Build a realistic prototype of the chosen solution that's good enough to test with users.

Thursday - Test & Learn: Conduct user interviews to validate (or invalidate) the solution, synthesize learnings immediately.

Post-Sprint: I provide documentation of all insights and create an action plan for next steps.

I handle all facilitation, materials, scheduling, and documentation. You bring your team and commitment to the four days.

Why 4 days instead of 5?
Design Sprint 2.0 by AJ&Smart optimized the process by removing redundancies and combining steps. You get the same outcomes faster, which is easier for busy teams to commit to.
How many people should be on the team?
Ideal sprint team is 5-7 people including a Decider (someone with authority to make decisions). Too few and you lack diverse perspectives; too many and decision-making bogs down.
Can we do this remotely?
Absolutely. I facilitate both in-person and remote sprints using Miro and video conferencing. Remote sprints work great with the right setup.
What if the prototype test fails?
That's actually success, you learned what doesn't work in 4 days instead of 4 months of development. We'll have clear insights on what to change and can even run another sprint to test the refined approach.
