My focus is always on the user. I believe that user research is critical to understanding the needs and behaviors of your target audience, and I would work closely with your team to conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. This research would help us to develop user personas and user journeys that would guide the design process.

From there, I would create wireframes and prototypes allowing us to iterate quickly and make changes based on user feedback. My goal is to create intuitive interfaces that are easy to use and meet the needs of your users, while also supporting the goals of your business.

I have helped lots of companies across multiple industries to design usable products that meet the need of the users. In a recent project for HealthRemit (https://www.healthremit.org/), I was able to identify users' pinpoint in getting quality health insurance for themselves and loved ones. With user research and user testing, I was able to create a gamified design that caters to the needs of the users who are currently enjoying the benefits of HealthRemit.

In addition to my design skills, I have experience working with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and meet the required standards. I can work closely with your development team to ensure that designs are implemented in a way that is both user-friendly and efficient.
