What's included

Fashion Project
1. Mood Board with detail images 2. Color Story w/Pantones 3. Sample/Trim shopping for reference if needed (fabrication/color/techniques/specs/etc.) 4. Intial B&W Sketches (in AI) - includes Front and Back views with multiple options. 3 revisions allowed. 5. Color Cads in color story selected. 6. Artwork Set-up (graphics) includes: labels, packaging, embroidery and print design. 7. Factory ready Tech Packs to include: Bill of Materials, Flat & Detail Sketches (in AI), Stitching details, Color Cads (in AI) and Intial Specs (in Excel) for all proto and sales samples. Details for each style in tech packs. Followed by fully graded specs for production once all approved. 8. Specing - Measuring of all samples to create grading and for accuracy of samples from factory. 9. Factory and/or Sample Room Sourcing as needed. 10. Color/Print or Pattern direction for collection. 11. Approval of lab dips, fabric, strike offs, trim and other. 12. Unlimited Management/Communication (email/zoom/etc) with Factory (you will be CC’d on communication) 13. Weekly zoom meeting/recaps as required. 14. Review of Proto samples w/comments as needed. 15. Review of Sale samples w/comments as needed. 16. Factory/Sample Room visit (Local only). 17. Fittings to be discussed : can be done in person or virtually. Specs adjusted as needed. 18. Sale samples checked once recieved for proper execution. Then handed off for presentation for selling season.
