Can I add on deliverables depending on my brand?
Yes! Please let me know if you're looking for other deliverables. I also have add on services like social media support and an landing page add on (only included with the purchase of The Mini Brand) so let me know if you're looking for something specific to help get your brand started.
Do I have to do a video call?
As a bit of an introvert myself, I totally understand if video calls aren't you're thing! Contra has a great built-in messaging system and we can use that and email and file sharing to keep you updated on the progress of your project! Ask me about options!
How do I get my final files?
Your final files can be delivered right here through Contra! If files are too large you will receive a download link through Playbook.
What do I need to do to get started?
Hit hire! I will immediately be in contact with you to start the project. You'll get the option for a video call, and your homework after that will be to answer the questionnaire and soon I'll be in touch with work for you to review. If you have any other questions before-hand message me through Contra!
What's included
📝 Discussion and Questionnaire
Let's discuss what you're looking for! After some questions about your brand and what work you need we can make a plan for the design support you need. This includes an optional 30 min. video call* and questionnaire, and regular updates through Contra’s messaging system. *clients sign a contract through Contra guaranteeing regular communication (between both parties) but can choose their communication preferences. I understand the introverts out there!
📦 Progress Updates
After evaluating what you're looking for, whether that's advertising assets, apparel design, stationary and layout, or any other options, we will discuss a schedule and timeline for updates. Clients will get two opportunities for revisions throughout the process.
📦 Final Files
All deliverables will be shared through Contra's system or, if files are too large, a Playbook download link.
