What’s the benefit of a retainer vs. per-project work?
Retainers give you consistent access to a designer who already understands your brand, saving you time, money, and the headache of retraining new freelancers every project.
What if I don’t use all my hours in a month?
Unused hours can roll over to the following month (up to 50%), so nothing is wasted.
How do we track progress?
I provide a shared task board (Trello, Notion, or your tool of choice) with transparent updates and weekly summaries.
Can I scale up or down?
Yes—plans are flexible. If you have a product launch or a heavy campaign month, we can increase hours. You can also downscale when things are lighter.
What types of projects are excluded?
Extremely large-scope projects (e.g., full rebrands or 100+ screen apps) are better handled as separate scoped projects, but retainer clients get discounted rates on these.
