We'll use this to then land on a simple, actionable strategy-on-a-page - our one page road map that tells us what we're trying to get people to do (business need), how we're going to get them to do it (creative idea), why it will work (customer insight), where it will work (communications strategy), and how we'll know if it's working (KPIs.)
