I help B2B teams turn unclear website or workflow problems into an implementation brief their developers can use.
Who this is for You already have a business website or internal tool, but need a clear account of user friction, priorities and what “done” should mean before paying for changes.
A focused starting scope We first agree up to two core user journeys and up to ten screens, the desktop/mobile environments and languages to review. This is a proposed small package; a full-site review is scoped separately.
What you receive • A review summary with the examined scope and untested areas. • Findings linked to observations, business impact and priority reasons. • A developer-ready change list with acceptance criteria. • One results walkthrough and one agreed clarification round.
Review scope User journeys, information structure, key forms and error/empty states, mobile readability and the path to a business enquiry. Actual test submissions and access are only performed in an agreed test environment. Observed problems and hypotheses stay separate.
What is separate Visual redesign, implementation, deployment, penetration testing, user recruitment, new feature design and ongoing maintenance. No conversion or revenue uplift is guaranteed.
My role and Eurosoft collaboration I bring finance, procurement, SAP/SCM and product-planning experience, with hands-on prototypes. I lead the business analysis, requirements, communication and acceptance criteria. Eurosoft engineering collaboration can be scoped separately with the client's agreement. Eurosoft company references and my personal work are credited separately; synthetic demos are not paid client deliveries.
Before we start Share the workflow, intended users and desired outcome. An anonymised or synthetic example is enough for an initial fit discussion. We agree fees, deliverables, data/AI permissions and dates before a paid engagement. The listed planning window is indicative and starts after scope and input readiness are agreed; no booking or delivery date is confirmed by this listing.
