Process

Phase 1 – Discovery & Strategy (Day 1) Consultation & Strategy Workshop We’ll start with a discovery call to understand your vision, target audience, and product goals. Then, I’ll perform market research, competitor analysis, and develop user personas to guide the design direction.
Phase 2 – Ideation & Design (Day 2-6) User Flows & Wireframing On Day 2, I’ll deliver the roadmap and wireframes to show the structure of your product. The next few days will focus on designing high-fidelity mockups that define the look, feel, and user interactions of your product.
Phase 3 – Feedback & Refinement (Day 7) User Testing & Iteration We’ll walk through the prototype, and you’ll provide feedback. I’ll gather insights and refine the design to ensure it meets your expectations and aligns with your business needs.
Phase 4 – Final Delivery & Handoff (Day 8-10) Final Design & UI Guidelines The final phase includes delivering the polished designs along with a detailed style guide, including UI components, colors, typography, and design specifications for developers. I’ll provide post-delivery support to ensure a smooth transition from design to development.
