Process

1. Contact: We will agree on the details of the project and its dates. We can meet by Google Teams or talk by email. We will specify the information I need to perform the analysis work (access to database, Excel sheet etc.).

2. Get to work: In this phase I focus on collecting the information and cleaning the data. This process is the one that usually takes the most time. Once this is done, I prepare a dashboard to visualize trends and present the data. At the same time, I prepare the report on the analysis.

3. Overview: In this phase we resume contact. Within the agreed time limits, I will send back the work so that you can see it and start using it. We can also organize a last session in Google Teams to detail the conclusions of the report so that you can make the most of it.

What's included

Interactive Dashboard
A clear representation of data used to guide decisions and solve problems. This dashboards are presented in Tableau and contain a number of graphics made to make the intepretation of the data easier and more intuitive. Also, the graphics are interactive and offer the user high customisation for visualize difrent sets of data.
Analytic report
This report contains detailed information on customer inquiries. It focuses on clearly informing and directing the possible decisions that should be taken to solve different problems. This report will complement the dashboard and give a more concise representation of the data analysis.
