Illegal activities or scams — gambling platforms (where prohibited by applicable law), phishing sites, Ponzi schemes, counterfeit product stores, or any business operating outside legal boundaries

Weapons & controlled substances — online stores or informational sites related to unlicensed firearms, narcotics, or other regulated or prohibited items

Misinformation or deceptive content — websites intentionally spreading false health claims, conspiracy theories, or content designed to mislead users

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You own or have obtained the proper rights and licenses for all content, images, logos, and assets you provide for this project

The template you are using has been purchased or downloaded in accordance with its original license terms (Framer Marketplace or Framer Community)

I am not responsible for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or licensing dispute arising from assets or content provided by you

I am only responsible for the customization work performed. Ownership of the final project belongs to you upon delivery.

To complete your order, I will handle certain materials on your behalf, including website copy, brand assets, and temporary access to your Framer project. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

All files and materials you share will be used solely for the purpose of completing your project

Your data will not be shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party

Temporary Framer project access will be revoked upon delivery

Project files shared with me will be deleted within 30 days of delivery

If you are based in the European Union, your data is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

My responsibility is limited to the customization work described in this listing. I am not liable for:

The business performance, conversions, or revenue generated through your website after delivery

Search engine rankings or SEO outcomes

Changes to Framer's platform, features, or pricing after the project has been delivered

Any content errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you

The quality of the final result depends significantly on the quality and completeness of the content you provide.

1 round of revision is included in the price, covering reasonable adjustments within the original scope

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Refunds are not available once work has commenced, except in cases where I decline the order due to content restrictions (see above) or where I am unable to complete the work

If you are dissatisfied with the result, please reach out directly before filing a dispute, I am committed to resolving issues fairly

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith communication via email or Gumroad messaging. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated through Gumroad's buyer protection process. No formal legal jurisdiction is imposed by either party.
