About this service
Summary
I offer to create a mobile application together to make the user's life easier and meet business goals. I like to see ideas realized and developed, so I do everything thoughtfully and efficiently.
Process
My process is based on design thinking.
The first step is Discover: identifying problems, business goals, target users, direct and indirect competitors, etc. This includes empathizing and understanding the context in which the design will take place.
Next is the phase of Define: outlining user expectations, features, ideas, etc. The information gathered in this phase is synthesized to define the core problems that need to be solved.
Then Ideate phase: brainshtorm solutions, generating ideas, etc. Techniques such as brainstorm session, user flows, information architecture are often used to explore the solution space and go beyond conventional solutions.
Next two steps are Prototype and Test: wireframes, high fidelity prototypes and interactive prototypes. After this, validation with users through usability testing, collecting feedback and A/B testing is the most important phase to understand next ways to improve.
