• What ongoing support do you provide after launch?

  I provide support to apply updates, make minor edits, and troubleshoot issues during an initial period, typically 1-3 months. Extended plans are available.

• Can you incorporate visual designs we already have?

  Yes, I can use your existing brand assets and visual designs to build out a site that maintains brand consistency.

• How long does a basic brochure site take to complete?

  For a simple WordPress brochure site of approximately 3-5 pages, development can typically be completed within 1-2 weeks from project start.

• Can you convert an existing website into a WordPress site?

  Yes, I provide WordPress migration services to seamlessly convert current sites into WordPress. This enables you to leverage WordPress ongoing flexibility & security.

• Do you provide optimization for search engines and ads?

  My process incorporates both on-page SEO best practices as well as search engine/PPC campaign integration where beneficial. This expands discoverability and traffic.

• Can we make our own updates or do those require developer help?

  I provide full training for clients to securely update plugins, make posts/pages, insert media themselves without needing me after launch. Larger changes may need support.

• How can we track site analytics and return on investment?

  All projects include connecting Google Analytics to provide detailed tracking of traffic, engagement, conversions and more. I'm happy to evaluate with clients and identify improvement opportunities.

• Who owns the final product and can it be re-used across multiple sites?

  Clients fully own all final deliverables including theme designs, custom plugins etc for unrestricted future use. Rights and licensing terms are detailed in contracts.
