Extras I can provide any additional services outside of the scope at a rate of 100$ per hour. These can be any additional designs, brainstorming sessions, etc.

Terms

Payment structure: 75% upfront, 25% after the project is completed. Payment methods: Bank transfer or cash. The project will only commence once the advance is received.

Additional assets, such as paid fonts, paid stock photos, and third-party tools, are not included in the price. If such expenses arise, they will be discussed with the client before making any purchases.

If the freelancer referred to as “HUSAIN AZEEZ” here cancels the project after it has started, the client referred to as Business Name will pay only for the produced work it intends to use.

If the client cancels the project after it has started, the client will pay for the time the freelancer has worked on the project. Even if the client does not intend to use the produced work.

The client owns all produced work. The freelancer's creation and all intellectual property rights associated with it are given to the client after the freelancer has been paid in full.

What's included

Style guides
A style guide is a document that defines the visual elements of a product, such as the fonts, colours, and icons used. I'll create the style guide and ensure that it is followed throughout the development.
Hi-fi Mockups
A mockup is a high-fidelity representation of a product or feature. I'll create mockups to give stakeholders a better understanding of how the product will look and function.
User flows
A user flow is a diagram that shows the steps a user takes to complete a task.
Usability testing
Usability testing is a process of evaluating how users interact with a product. I'll conduct usability tests to identify areas where the product can be improved.
Web development
I will use the UI design as a blueprint to build the website. This includes creating all of the pages, adding content, and implementing any special features or functionality. The website will be developed on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or Framer based on client requirements. (Price may vary depending on the platform used to develop)
Coding (Subject to project requirement)
I may need to write some custom code to add additional functionality to the website. This could include things like adding animations, creating custom forms, or integrating with third-party applications.
Responsive Design
I will ensure that the website looks good and functions properly on all devices, including mobile phones and tablets
Testing
I will test the website thoroughly to make sure that it works properly and meets the client's requirements
Deployment
Once the website is complete, I will deploy it to a web server so that it can be accessed by users.
Website maintenance (Optional)
I will maintain your website and keep it smooth and bug-free. This could include tasks such as updating content, adding new features, and monitoring performance. Maintainance costs will be subject to the scope of the project.
Project Handover
I'll be providing support to the client after the website is launched. This could include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and training the team so you could use the website to its fullest.
