A working prototype for one evidence-grounded AI workflow. I design retrieval, source attribution, prompt flow, and a human review step, then deliver a runnable proof of concept with setup notes. Scope: one use case, one knowledge source, and one review workflow. Production hardening and large-scale data migration are separate.
