•I am currently a technical writer handling coding articles for Classical Finance.
• I previously worked as a Customer Success Advocate at OpenLearning, where one of my duties was maintaining SaaS help articles.
• Thanks to my background in customer support, I am able to keep a user's point of view in mind when writing.
• I have hands on coding experience, thanks to a project I did for Food for All UK from 2020 to 2021.
