What's included
Project Management for Editorial Calendar
I provide support for marketing teams on a weekly or monthly retainer. Often, clients needing this kind of support are lean but mighty without any project manager role in-house. I'll run standups, coordinate with external and internal writers, and take requests from other departments.
Content Strategy
If desired, I also support my clients with content strategy on a weekly or monthly retainer. Not only will I organize the editorial calendar and keep it moving, but I'll also help determine priority from existing requests and which new pieces we should add and assign.
