STARTING PACKAGE — US$100 • Up to two Excel workbooks, 300 records in total, and eight fields per record. • One approved Word template and one output mode: a consolidated report or one document per record. • A repeatable tool for one agreed desktop environment, with source code, setup instructions, and a sample output. • One round of formatting revisions within the approved scope.

BEFORE ORDERING Please send anonymized sample workbooks, the target Word template, your operating system, Office/WPS version, and whether installing software or enabling macros is permitted. Feasibility, field mapping, and the execution method are confirmed before the project starts.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE Target delivery is two business days after the scope and complete inputs are confirmed. Outputs are checked against the agreed field mapping, record counts, ordering, and formatting. Missing values, dates, and long-text rules are agreed up front. Errors against the agreed requirements are corrected before acceptance.

Additional templates, changing layouts, OCR, integrations, and extra environments require a separate quote.

AI WORKFLOW This service uses AI-assisted programming and validation. Client data is handled according to the agreed confidentiality and AI-use requirements. Start with anonymized samples. Projects that prohibit AI assistance are not a fit.
