Bring your characters to life with perfectly timed lip movements, expressive mouth shapes, and natural speech animations: all crafted in Rive.
Verbal communication is one of the key aspects of human interaction.
That's why more and more app developers want their virtual companions to actually talk to users. And I can help with that! 😊
I usually offer a choice from different approaches:
-) Pre-determined phrases: I create animations where the character speaks one or more specific, pre-determined lines.
-) Basic mouth movement system: I design several distinct positions for the lips, teeth, and tongue, which can then be sequenced to give the illusion of speech.
-) Full lip-sync system: I create all the necessary mouth shapes and Rive state machine to achieve accurate lip-syncing with any AI-generated phrase. Choose the option that suits you best and let’s get started!
