Process

Brand Introduction: I break the ice, and meet the team behind the brand. I have conversations that probe into the brand and its nucleus, learning the story behind how it came to be, why it's a necessity and how it intends to grow.
I gain information on the brand audience and what that audience gains from the company. In contrast, I understand audience pain points to outline and predict which campaigns would perform best in comparison to measurable goals (shared by team). Follow Up: I follow up with team and deliver outlined design strategy and copy (per email). We align on preferred brand design guidelines to be used in campaign and best campaign send out dates/times.
Post Performance: I gain insight on how to continue pinpointing best practices from brand campaign performance by analyzing and documenting metrics.

What's included

  • Email Design (10 Emails)

    Each design comes with 3 edits per version in desktop hero (starting at 600 x 700 px) and mobile versions (starting at 450 x 550 px). Brand guideline references are preferred for accuracy in font use, sizing and color usage.

  • Copywriting (Per Email)

    Each email comes with copy based on the overall campaign goal. Writing will embody brand tone and language for best results in engagement, click and conversion rates.

  • Insights and Analytics

    Each email will be analyzed based on performance metrics to properly strategize and build out future successful campaigns. Metrics goes as follows: - Delivery Rate - Bounce Rate - Open Rate - Click Rate - Placed Order Rate - Conversion Rate - AOV (Average Order Value) - Overall Revenue
