FAQs

• What do you need from me?

  Just your draft (any format: Google Doc, Word, Notion) and a quick note about your audience or brand voice. If you don’t have guidelines, I’ll help shape the tone. Send 1–2 samples you like; I’ll mirror tone and build a mini voice note for future pieces.

• Do you write from scratch?

  Yes I can write new copy from scratch if needed. Since that’s a bigger scope than editing, we’d agree on a custom rate before starting.

• What’s the turnaround?

  Standard delivery is 48 hours for up to 800 words. Faster turnaround (24h) is possible for an additional fee, which we can confirm during the project.

• How many revisions are included?

  Two rounds of revisions are built in to make sure the final piece feels just right.

• What formats do you deliver in?

  You’ll receive both a tracked-changes file so you see every edit and a clean final version, delivered in Google Docs and exported as DOCX/PDF.

• Confidentiality/NDA?

  Absolutely—happy to sign your NDA. Your drafts stay private.

• Timezone & communication?

  I work 1–8pm ET (19:00–02:00 CET) for easy US overlap. Fast responses, clean docs.

• Will you repurpose this for social/email?

  Yes it's possible any addon can be discussed during or before the project.
