Process
We'll have a quick chat on Contra to assess your content needs, your expectations, your brand voice, the target audience, and last but not least, if I'm the right fit for you. I won't take on any project if I recognize I'm not the right person for the job — you deserve to get exactly what you want, and I may not always be the best choice.
If we end up being a great match, then I'll be happy to prepare a project proposal for you! I'll send it your way and you'll be free to share your thoughts and suggest any changes.
Good to go? Great. To craft the best content possible, I'll need any relevant material that could be useful — your website URL, links to your brand's social media accounts, printed material, editorial guidelines (if you have them), even examples of content from other brands that you appreciate and would like to use as reference. This doesn't mean copying what others do — that's not what copywriters do, despite that "copy" in the title :)
You'll get the first draft based on the deadline we agreed on. Most of the time, the project will include at least one revision. You can use it or not, totally up to you. Any additional revision not included in the proposal will be charged extra.

What is your specialization?

Do you accept bulk orders?
Sure! I usually apply a discount on bulk orders, depending on the project and how many pieces you need done.
Do you offer deals if I request multiple packages or services?
Yes, I apply a discount based on the number of packages and services you request. The more packages, the bigger the discount!
Are revisions included in the project?
Yes, I always include at least one revision in the proposal, unless otherwise specified or requested by the client. Bigger projects usually include two or more revisions, but the number is negotiable. Any extra revision not previously included in the project will be subject to a revision fee.
Do you request upfront payment?
Not necessarily. We can agree to a 50/50 payment system (50% upfront, 50% at the end of the project) for higher budget projects.
