With my experience in usability research, I offer complete UI/UX design services from the very beginning to the end, with a focus on creating user-centered, intuitive, visually appealing and accessible interfaces and experiences for digital products.

I'll develop the complete user experience and visual design for your mobile / desktop app, website or digital product. This package includes the following:

Conducting the necessary primary and/or secondary research

Revealing user pain points

Developing user flows

Making wireframes, mockups (low and high fidelity) and prototypes

Developing the design system for your project (such as: color schemes, iconography and typography)

Usability testing (if you require - this will increase the project duration by ~3 weeks.)

I'd like to learn more about you and your goals. Don't be shy, tell me any specific requirements or constraints (like budget or technical limitations). The more info you share with me, the easier it'll be for me to come up with something that uniquely represents you or your business! We'll chat about your project goals, target audience, and any specific features or functionality you need. This includes creating user personas, evaluation of current pain points, business goals and industry best practices.

After our consultation, I'll send you a proposal outlining the scope of work and estimated timeline for your project. Once we agree on the details, we'll sign a contract to make things official.

This is where I start working on the research part. Depending on your project it can either be primary or secondary research. I'll reveal pain points, develop user personas, create Information Architecture Map for your project and develop the main user flow. Based on my findings I'll create sketches and low-fidelity wireframes for your project, defining the content placement and screen order.

This is the time when we bring the concepts to life. I'll create all the UI elements and develop the style guide including typography, colors, icons and buttons. I'll create high fidelity mockups and a clickable prototype that closely represents how the final product will work.

This one is an optional but highly recommended step. It will take up about 3 extra weeks to complete but it gives you valuable insights on how real users perceive your product and if it is something that addresses their pain points. Based on the usability study findings some design changes might have to be done to ensure user satisfaction.

The moment you've been waiting for! We'll review the final design together and make any final tweaks or adjustments. Then I'll transfer the final style guide, all the necessary files and assets to you and share the development view of the Figma / Adobe XD file. This is what you'll need to send to your app / website developer team. My role ends here.

This may include fixing any previously unnoticed bugs, updating content and media, and making necessary changes for a period of 3 weeks after sending off the final designs.

📡Communication

After each major work stage I will send you a link to my Figma / Adobe XD file for review with my comments and explanation of design choices. You and your team can review it and can also leave your comments right in the file.
