  I will proofread your translated German text, for grammar, the right spelling etc. Since im native German, i know the German language very well and i can find mistakes easy and correct them to sound more natural German. I can use either track change tool in word document, so you can see what i did change. Or i can mark the changed/ corrected words red. Or i do it like you prefer. I already have experience in proofreading, as you can see on my profile and my past clients feedback. It doesnt matter, if you used a google translator or some one else did translate it for you and you just want to have second look at it. In both ways, German is not an easy language. Especially its grammar, so if you are not native German it is easy to make mistakes during the translation. I will correct them and make it sound like native German.
