• Do you offer payment plans?

  1.Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment - for flat fee projects, Contra will ask you (the client) the full payment and only release the 50% deposit to be released to me immediately and the other 50% is on hold until the project is complete. 2. On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments. Contra is 100% commission-free! However, Clients will be charged a Stripe processing fee for each payment.

• How long does it take to complete a project?

  It depends on project needs and requirement If its a basic 5 page website then it will take 4 to 6 weeks and if its a custom design work then it will take more time that can be discussed over call.

• How will we communicate?

  We’ll start off with Google Meet video meetings to discuss your project and present the first round of concepts. For shorter communications, we’ll use email or I’ll send you a short recorded video.

• We don't live in the same city. Can we still work together?

  98% of my clients are not local, so I manage projects long distance using live and pre-recorded video.

• We need a website. Can you create a website for us?

  Yep! I offer website design currently for a limited amount of slots. I currently use Shopify, Wix & Squarespace. Webflow is in my to-do list to learn more about!

• Do you do copywriting?

  Yes I offer copywriting services as well but that is not included in website package

• f I have my logo designed by someone else, can you help with other designs?

  Yes! As a matter of fact, my clients Kind Bomb and Stardust had their logos designed by someone else but approached me for supporting graphics.
